If you've been around coffee folk long enough, you're sure to have heard the name Kaldi. If not, we're more than happy to familiarize you with the fabled origins of our beloved coffea arabica. That story will found in our History of Coffee Blog series (coming soon).
Until then, we'd like to introduce you to some of the legendary flavors from the African Continent. Considering it all started in Ethiopia's Highland Plateau, we'd encourage you to try one of our Single Origin Ethiopian coffees. We keep them on the lighter end of the roast spectrum. This highlights their bright floral flavors and sweet aromas. These selections from Africa are a great launching pad into the fine world of specialty coffee.
