It's an understatement to say that I waited too long to sign up for Valiant's roaster's choice subscription. I've tried a lot of coffee from a lot of other brands... 'cool' brands. Some of them are amazing (notably, a couple of other local boys), and many of them are run of the mill. But at the end of the day, with Valiant, I can always count on a super great choice of well roasted beans, arriving at my door with consistency. Other subscriptions left me desiring more communication, more consistency, more professionalism... but not Valiant. They deliver.
