The Guji is back!
Grown at high altitude in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia's SNNPR Region, this bean is truly unique.
Grown in the 1800-2000m range, it is processed in the traditional dry method then prepared for milling. The beans are Ethiopian Heirloom varietal and full of epic flavor.
Cupping gave us flavors of tropical fruits, watermelon, grape jolly rancher, and a distinct blueberry brightness.
