This is an SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) EP (European Process) grade washed coffee from the Union Cantinil municipality located in the Huehuetenango department of Guatemala. There are as many as 76 small producers, with farms averaging 1.5 hectares in size, who contribute to this lot. Varieties harvested include Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuai. Altitude is around 1700 masl.
