Our new coffee from East Timor. This is the first time we’ve offered bean from Timor-Leste. Grown in the Ermera district above 1000 masl (meters above sea level) and processed with traditional washed methods, this coffee came as quite a surprise.
We cupped this coffee and noted some very clean and bright notes, with Melon, Grape, and dark chocolate bitterness being prominent. This coffee is an easy daily drinker, tastes great black or with a dose of dairy. We’ve been loving this one in the shop and we’re sure you’ll love it too!
