Sustainably sourced from smallholder farmers in Cajamarca, this lot has great sweetness and a full-bodied well-rounded cup.
Organically cultivated and certified, it is processed in a traditional washed method. Most of the coffee produced in Peru is processed by hand on the farm. Cherries are selectively harvested, de-pulped, processed and then carefully sun-dried on patios, raised beds or tarps.
