DETAILS
Dried on raised beds under the sun for 3-4 days, moving cascara constantly.  This cascara comes from various producers at heights ranging from 1550 masl - 1850 masl in the Caranavi region of Bolivia. Varietals include Caturra, Catuaia, and Typica. Grown under native shade, these cherries were farmed along with forest and wood trees, citrus, papaya, and other plants.
