In an effort to help build Valiant Cafe & Roastery, we are offering pre-booking on coffee experiences we will offer once our new space opens!

If you know us, or if you've come in to visit/pick up coffee, you'll know that Erik is a wellspring of coffee knowledge and is always stoked to share. These courses are going to be finetuned to hone in on each area of coffee production, how to handle each piece of equipment, and what it takes to make a product consistent time and again.
These classes will be held in small groups of 4-6 people, and we will be sending out booking invites as the build-out progresses!
