IYKYK - Erik is a wellspring of coffee knowledge; if he doesn't know the answer, he'll find someone who does. He has a vast mental database of information at the ready, and he's always stoked to share. These classes are going to be finetuned to hone in on various aspects of the coffee industry, from methods of drink preparation, education around coffee production, deep dives into industry practices, all of them geared to help you better understand and appreciate the vast and complex nature of the Specialty Coffee value chain.
What to expect
Expect to brew (and taste) several times.
Plan to be in a group setting (4-6 people).
Arrive 15 minutes early.
Prepare to participate & Engage.
Prepare to learn and take notes.
Be hydrated before class.
Take home 1 x 12oz bag of your choice.
